About the Product(s)

1. Are the products original?

No. The products (charms and bracelets) are copies of the branded original but they are made from the same material (sterling silver).  

2. How do I go about choosing the right size? 

The charms are definitely of standard size and would fit any bracelet. For bracelet size,  know that the collier is available in sizes between - 16 to 21 centimeters. Please take the initiative to measure your wrists

3. Do you give discounts for bulk orders? 

Any discounts may be discussed personally, with the seller

4. How do I order?

Orders may be made through VIBER, Facebook and our official order form. Calls will not be entertained. We will be entertaining all orders and inquiries daily, between 10am and 10pm. Once order has been placed, expect to receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours. It will include payment instructions and other transaction details.

5. Can I pre-order? 

All products are on pre-order bases, unless there is a special SALE or PROMOTION ongoing. Allow 3-5 days for them to arrive . If you have special request on designs and specific product(s), we will try our best to satisfy your demand, but note that only showcased items will be available for purchase On occasion, we will have on-hand items, so be on the lookout for such promotions. 




Payment and Shipping

1. How long will it take for my orders to arrive?

Expect your goodies to arrive within 1 day from from obtaining your tracking code (provided weather conditions, etc. are ideal)

2. How much do I pay for shipping?

Standard shipping rates will apply:
Locations within Metro Manila - Php 100
Locations outside Metro Manila - Php 150
 We shall inform you of the rate through the confirmation email that you will receive.

3. Do you ship outside of the Manila? How about outside of the Philippines? 

Yes we ship nationwide but we, currently, do not ship to international locations yet.

4. What payment options do I have?

We may accept payments via BPI, Palawan Express or through PayPal checkout.

5. Do you do meet-ups or accept cash-on-delivery orders?

No.

6. Is there a way for me to track my orders?

Yes. We will be providing you with a tracking code that will give you access to information about your orders as it travels to you.

7. How do our orders ship? 

We are currently partnered with LBC to deliver your orders to you. We trust LBC as the safest and fastest way to serve you, so we have chosen to partner with this company.

8. Am I allowed to cancel/change my orders?

Yes. You may cancel/change orders anytime before payment has been made. Should you wish to make alterations after payment has been made, we shall honor these changes as long as the orders have not been shipped yet, and the replacement is of the same price.





Returns

1. What is the return and/or exchange policy for orders?

Should there be any damage or defect in the product(s) we will honor exchange/replacement of item(s) but not a refund. We will be requiring the return of the damaged/defective item and we will shoulder shipping fees for these transactions.

2. How long will you honor returns and/or exchange requests?

Please report any damage/defect as soon as they have been detected. We will no longer honor return or exchanges if the supplier rejects it.

3. Will I receive a full refund of my transaction?

We will not order refunds. We will exchange/replace any damaged/defective product(s).
